Choosing the right size makes a big difference to how an abaya looks and how comfortable you feel in it. The method is simple and takes two minutes.
Step 1: Measure half the bust
Lay an abaya that already fits you on a flat surface and measure the distance from one side to the other at the chest, without stretching the fabric. Write the number down in centimeters. This number is half the bust circumference, not the full circumference.
Step 2: Compare it with the size chart
Compare your measurement with the Alia Fashion size chart:
- M: half bust 54 cm, usually suits 60 to 75 kg.
- L: 58 cm, usually suits 75 to 85 kg.
- XL: 62 cm, usually suits 85 to 100 kg.
- XXL: 66 cm, usually suits 100 to 110 kg.
If you are between two sizes
Choose by your bust measurement, not by weight. Weight is only a guide, and body shape and whether you like a loose or fitted look make a difference.
